Klerje Coffee has such a unique and elegant vibe! This coffee shop is decorated beautifully. The staff are INCREDIBLY sweet! I noticed that they seem to have a lot of regular customers, which is always a good sign! Although I wasn’t a big fan of what I ordered, I’m still eager to come back to try other items from their menu. Bravo to the staff and founders for creating a lovely atmosphere and coffee shop! ^^ I will say that the shop has limited seating, so if you’re a college student like me, try coming as early as possible to secure a table!

Specialty coffee bar with top-notch coffee & FANTASTIC customer service. Went to Klerje multiple times during our visit to Austin and the experience was consistent. Staff behind the bar is super friendly and helpful, you know that they love their job and it’s not like some places where you feel like you just have to hurry up and order and get out of the way. Other patrons are also friendly and happy to chat as well, like there’s this sense of community in there that you just don’t find everywhere, people striking up conversations, regulars saying hi to the staff by name, that whole thing. Overall, this is the kind of coffee shop that every community needs. If you’re visiting Austin from out of town, make sure you go check them out, you will not regret it. The vibe is very cool, but coffee wise, I didn’t love it. They suggested a strawberry flavored one, it was very acidic and not great overall. The iced americano with cold brew was ok, but was missing flavor, felt too watery. They are pet friendly, that’s very nice and I’d imagine it is a nice place to work from, but didn’t love the coffee.

This was such a cool cafe. I’m so glad I decided to stop by on my to an event in downtown Austin! The staff is super friendly and helpful, even when they are reasonably busy. The atmosphere is just so cool as well; even the bathroom has a cool vibe in line with the places theme. Now, for the food: I got to try their lavender honey latte and a breakfast sandwich. The latte was delicious. Super reasonable price, great flavor. Couldn’t really taste the honey much, but it was a fair level of sweetness. The breakfast sandwich was also super solid; to be honest, not my favorite, but everything else just outweighs this little drawback. All in all, a must stop in Austin, just for the atmosphere!

Fantastic specialty coffee shop in East Austin. They carry Black & White and Makeworth and Metric. Their pourovers are very nice, I am guessing it's a 3-pour based on the fruit balance. The space is also very friendly to work and to converse. For the mornings, it's definitely an array of laptops on the weekdays but I can see on the weekends or on Fridays this being a place to catch up about the week's goings. The owners are also very knowledgeable about coffee and the coffee world so if you need help follow them. Also congratulations on the marriage!
